Junior Technology Project Manager

As Junior Technology Project Manager, you will work with agency clients as well as with the project management department of a market-leading Swiss partner agency. Your daily duties will include leading projects across a wide functional and technological spectrum; analyzing projects for effectiveness from project preparation to implementation and ongoing post-implementation support. Responsibilities will also include support in directing and coordinating tasks within the team using Jira, Confluence and Slack (for communication), as well as overseeing their implementation and managing priorities in agile project delivery methodologies.

What we are looking for

  • one year of experience in the execution of technology projects 

  • knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Scrum, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, Slack) and ability to use them properly

  • English language skills to enable free communication (daily statuses and weekly sprints) 

  • systematic approach and inquisitiveness in searching for free resources and new solutions

  • communication skills and the ability to navigate around the needs and knowledge of different competence groups 

  • creativity, commitment and a "CAN DO" attitude.
